1. The treasurer’s report was read and approved.

2. The minutes from the previous board meeting were read and approved.

3. Red White and Blue Series - nothing new to report. No action

4. Banquet - discussed donations. Board will recognize club member who provided the extra effort. Peter A. will provide a video.

5. Survey - the board will again have a survey to gage the members interest in items such as:

• Number of throw outs
• Number of point races
• Night race points?
• What trackt to run.
• Interest in a master class
• Travel races?
• Red white and Blue Series
• Number of late start races
• Interest in becoming a board member?
• Comments

6. Peter A. will put together a thank you card for Menards for all to sign at the banquet. Board approved cost.

7. Discussed the unfortunate situation with the Grundhofer family not signing up/paying for the championship. No action as the board must enforce the rules. Did discuss methods to ensure all are aware who payed and who did not in the future to avoid these situation.

8. Worked on schedule. Approved the schedule.

9. General membership meeting was set for 01/23/2010 at 11:05 at the Pizza Hut in Hudson. Next general member ship meeting is scheduled for 03/27/2010.
